Q3: How can I trust the condition of a used car?

A: Every vehicle comes with an photos, and video. Our team ensures transparency and quality before purchase.

Q4: What documents do I receive before purchase?

A: You’ll receive photos, video, specs, and full vehicle information including VIN, mileage, condition.

PROCESS 2: Quotation & Payment

Q5: What’s included in the price?

A: FOB price includes the vehicle, export documents, inspection, trailer fees, and port handling. Shipping is extra.

Q6: How do I make payment?

A: We accept T/T bank transfers/cash. A 50% deposit confirms the car; the balance must be paid before export documentation.

Q7: Can I buy multiple cars at once?

A: Yes, we support wholesale orders. We offer discounts and combine shipping for 3–4 cars in one 40ft container/1-2 units in 20ft container.

Q8: How long do I have to make the full payment?

A: Balance payment must be made before we issue the Bill of Lading. Shipping fees are paid before container departure or after 10 days ship departure.

PROCESS 3: Inspection, Loading & Shipment

Q9: Who inspects the vehicles?

A: Our in-house QC team checks every vehicle and shares detailed. Optional third-party inspections are also available, inspection charges would be paid by the customer.

Q10: How are vehicles loaded into containers?

A: Our team arranges professional loading. Petrol cars: 4 per 40ft; EV/Hybrid: 3-4 or in a DG container. And two units in 20ft container (depends on size of units)

Q11: Can I track the shipment?

A: Yes. We provide container number, shipping line info, and tracking once loaded and shipped.

Q12: What documents do I receive after shipment?

A: Bill of Lading, Invoice and more information (if requested).

Q13: Do you help with customs clearance in my country?

A: We can guide you and share required documents. Clearance must be done by your local customs agent.

Q14: Do you offer warranty or after-sales support?

A: For used cars, we do not provide after sales support. you can visit to inspect the units or send anyone to check vehicals in details.

Q15: Do you sell electric cars (EVs) and hybrids?

A: Yes. We offer EVs like BYD, chinese EVs, and others please refer to our website. Please confirm if your country accepts DG (dangerous goods) containers.

Q17: How do I choose the right vehicles for my needs?

A: We allow clients to physically inspect vehicles on-site or work with us remotely. Our team can assist you in selecting units based on your budget, market needs, or container requirements. We also provide photos, videos, and condition reports if you’re purchasing remotely.

Q18: What’s included in the renovation process before export?

A: Renovations typically include mechanical servicing, bodywork, and detailing to prepare the vehicles for resale or use. The scope may vary depending on vehicle condition and client requirements. You’ll be updated before any major work is done.

Q19: When do I need to pay the deposit, and is it refundable?

A: A 50% deposit is required once you confirm the selected units. This secures your vehicles and starts the renovation process.

Note: Deposits are non-refundable, as we immediately commit resources and reserve the vehicles for you.

Q20: Can I change vehicles after paying the deposit?

A: If renovations haven’t started yet, we may be able to accommodate changes. However, once work begins, vehicle swaps may not be possible. Always confirm your selections carefully before paying the deposit.

Q21: When is the final payment due?

A: The remaining 50% balance is due after renovations are completed and before we begin the export documentation and shipping process.

Q22: Do you handle customs clearance at my port?

A: No, we handle export from our side only. You or your appointed clearing agent will be responsible for customs clearance and port handling at the destination.

Q23: What are my shipping options?

A: We offer two main options:

Container Shipping: We load the vehicles into a container and ship to your preferred port.

Local Delivery: For clients nearby, we can deliver vehicles to your warehouse or facility.

Q24: How many vehicles fit in a container?

A: Typically: 3 to 4 vehicles depending on size and model.

Q25: How long does the full process take from selection to shipping?

A: The average timeline is:

Vehicle selection & deposit: 1–3 days

Export documentation & shipping: 1–2 weeks

Total time: around 2–3 weeks, depending on volume order and logistics.
